Abstract: This study explored the role of the Federal Government in helping Gulf War II Era veterans to secure employment after leaving active duty service. The study focused on the Veterans’ Employment Initiative and the effects it had on the Gulf War II Era veterans’ employment situation. The study used a mixed method approach.
