Abstract: 22q11.2 deletion syndrome (22q11DS) and 22q duplication syndrome present a wide range of medical challenges. The health and well-being of pediatric patients with 22q11DS may be influenced by socioeconomic factors, which can significantly shape their healthcare experiences, access to services, and overall quality of life. The objective of this study is to identify what factors are correlated with no-show clinic visits for children with 22q11DS.
