Abstract: This report was prepared for use by the Generation Next College and Career Readiness Network in developing their plans to improve college and career readiness of Minneapolis and Saint Paul students. Generation Next is an initiative committed to closing the achievement gap among Twin Cities low-income students and students of color. It is an unprecedented partnership of key education, community, government, and business organizations dedicated to accelerating educational achievement for all our children from early childhood to early college and career. The Generation Next model includes a shared community vision, evidence-based decision making, collaborative action, and investment and sustainability.
