Abstract: As a stakeholder in Salem City, PRI is conscientious of how the development of their 101.44 acre lot can play a role in the city’s development. PRI has asked the University of Utah’s Metropolitan Research Center to evaluate Salem’s current housing market, estimate population and households projections, and develop alternative land use scenarios to meet the city’s needs. Each scenario is evaluated by its potential impacts (housing, costs, VMT, etc.). This report expresses these analyses and results in order to start a dialogue between PRI and Salem City . . .
