Abstract: This report presents the results and expenditures for San Diego Gas & Electric Companys (SDG&Es) California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) program and Energy SavingsAssistance Program for program year (PY) 2010. The purpose of this report is to consolidate activity for the CARE program and Energy Savings Assistance Program, and provide the Energy Division with all the necessary information to assist in analyzing the low-income programs.
