Title: Effects of Wealth and Access to Healthcare on the Pregnancy and Delivery Process for Yemeni Women

Citation Type: Miscellaneous

Publication Year: 2021

Abstract: With the use of the Yemen National Health and Demographic Survey 2013, I’ve attempted to understand the effects of wealth and access to healthcare on Yemen maternal complications. Responses from around 10,000 women, aged 15-49, who had a child between 2009-2013 were utilized for this project. The data collected focused on complications from the most recent pregnancy and delivery process. Outcome variables were separated into two different categories: Pregnancy Complications and Delivery Complications.
