Citation Type: Dissertation/Thesis

Publication Year: 2014

Abstract: Economists have long recognized that schooling and experience are two of the most important aspects of earnings determination. In other words, do educated workers have a higher or lower wage increase as they accumulate experience? Which theories can explain this relationship?
