Abstract: Within the last generation, cancer survivors quality of life has improved significantly. As recently as 25 years ago, less than one half of those diagnosed with cancer survived more than five years [1]. Treatments were less precise and more disabling. Misunderstandings about cancer risks and options were common. As a result, cancer survivors experienced substantial problems obtaining and retaining employment [24].
